A Peruvian Legacy in the Hudson Valley

Established in 1990, Machu Picchu opened it’s doors with a simple vision – to share the flavors and culture of Peru with the Hudson Valley.
More than three decades later, that commitment remains the heart of everything we do.
Family owned and operated, we continue to serve Newburgh with an authentic menu inspired by tradition and the recipes passed down through generations.
Inside, the restaurant reflects the warmth and craftsmanship of Peruvian design. Mahogany finishes and cultured stone create a welcoming atmosphere, complimented by the decor handcrafted by Peruvian artisans. The space is highlighted by the bronze sculpture of Machu Picchu in the dining room, a tribute to the history and culture that shape our name.
We invite you to join us and experience the flavors and hospitality that have made Machu Picchu a Hudson Valley favorite for generations.
